Cancellation Policy
I have a set 48 hour cancellation/no show policy. Less than 48 hours notice is considered a “late cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you do not show up and fail to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late arrivals of 15 minutes will be considered a “no show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s). This policy is strictly enforced. These fees must be paid in order to rebook.
